Therapy is unique and adapted based on individual's needs/situation. Understanding a client's narrative before choosing collaboratively the direction of therapy is important at Phoenix Psychotherapy. One or several therapeutic methods may be utilized with individuals. The choice of methods is individualized and dependant on many factors (e.g., client comfort, effectiveness, and goals).
