Coping with frontline work, stress, and trauma. This group provides information, support, techniques, and resources to help ease the pressures associated with frontline work. This group is specifically designed for health care professionals (e.g., nurses, doctors, health care aids, paramedics, etc.).

Coping with frontline work, stress, and trauma. This group provides information, support, techniques, and resources to help ease the pressures associated with frontline work. This group is specifically designed for law enforcement personnel.

"Coping with Covid-19 Stress" (Virtual)

Tailored to the stress's associated with Covid-19. This group is to assist individuals facing the impacts of the pandemic (e.g., anxiety, stress, loneliness, anger, grief, etc.).
